Description
This summer, join men and women across the city for a 7-week journey through Corrie Ten Boom’s powerful autobiography, "The Hiding Place." More than a story about World War II, this book is a moving testimony of courage, faith, forgiveness, and the presence of God in the darkest places. Through weekly gatherings in homes around the city, you’ll build meaningful connections while discussing a story that has encouraged generations of believers.
Launch Celebration:
We’ll kick things off with a Launch Celebration at the building with food, treats, drinks, fellowship, and childcare available—a time to meet your group and get excited for the summer ahead! Weekly childcare stipends are available for groups that need them.
We will gather together to launch on Monday, June 15, at 5:30pm, to meet our groups, and to begin discussing the book. Cost to participate is $25, this includes the book for the summer, a meal for the launch night, childcare for those needing it, as well as help to provide snacks for groups through the summer.
We'll conclude on week 7 by watching "The Hiding Place" movie in our homes, and by celebrating all God has stirred through the summer.
