Description
Join us this summer as we read Corrie Ten Boom’s autobiographical account, The Hiding Place, narrating her family's journey to protect and hide refugees during World War II. We will explore themes of faith, courage, and sacrifice, and discuss how Ten Boom’s story can influence and encourage us in our own faith and instruct us on how we can better love our neighbor in our own cultural moment.
We will gather together to launch on June 15th, at 5:30, to meet our groups, and to begin discussing the book. Cost to participate is $25, this includes the book for the summer, a meal for the launch night, childcare for those needing it, as well as help to provide snacks for groups through the summer.
