New to Park Church?
We’re grateful you’re looking to get connected to the Park Church family. Here are a few ways to start getting involved:
FILL OUT A CONNECT CARD
Take a few moments to complete our online Connect Card. This will help us connect with you and learn how we can best serve you.
JOIN US AT OUR NEXT INTRODUCTIONS MEETING
Sundays After Each Service
If you’re planning to visit us in person, please join us at Introductions after service. We’ll take 10–15 minutes to introduce ourselves, share the Park Church story, and answer any questions you have with a couple of staff members.
JOIN US AT OUR NEXT NEWCOMER’S BREAKFAST
Newcomer’s Breakfast is a casual space to build relationships with other new or new-ish people at Park Church. It’s also a time to meet Park Church Staff and hear about upcoming plans and events. Kids are welcome and breakfast is provided!
JOIN US AT OUR NEXT COMMUNITY CONNECT
Community Connect is a two-week workshop designed to help men and women establish relationships with others in the church body, learn about Park Church’s vision for Gospel-Centered community, and learn about what it looks like to be a part of community at Park Church.
Before each service on Sunday, more than a hundred of our cars must find a spot in our neighborhood. While we take immense joy in this weekly re-gathering of friends and family, we don’t want it to be at the expense of Park Church’s physical neighbors in any way, lest we become a poor representation of the family of God.
For this reason, please consider the following when you park a car at the Park Church building on Sundays:
- Street parking is ideally not for Park Church. Our area is not designed to accommodate this volume of street parking. Although we are legally allowed to park on the street, doing so consumes all parking for local residents and their guests for most of the morning. Neighbors have expressed frustration at this many times over the years.
- The large parking lot at the Masonic building is reserved for Park Church. Our generous neighbors at this building have offered their high-capacity lot to us on Sundays. We’re so grateful to have this resource. You can cross Federal at several places, but the safest option is the signalized crosswalk at 35th. Have young kids? Keep reading.
- The small lot directly across 37th from the Park Church building is reserved for visitors, families with young children, and those with accessibility needs.
Thank you for helping us consider our neighbors!
Please email Kristina Meyer, Connections Coordinator. We look forward to connecting with you soon!
