Park Kids Team Administrator

The ideal person for this role is highly organized, relational, and eager to support our Sunday Park Kids programming through logistics and volunteer care. Primary responsibilities include scheduling and investing in volunteer leaders, developing volunteer culture, leading monthly volunteer meetings, and coordinating appreciation and training efforts. A heart for ministry, strong administrative skills, and the ability to lead with warmth and clarity are essential.

Communication Coordinator

The ideal person for this role has a strong eye for detail, a love for clear and creative communication, and a desire to serve the church through thoughtful support. Primary responsibilities include executing day-today communication tasks, supporting the Director of Communication and Art, and assisting the Operations Team with strategic and administrative projects. A foundational aptitude for communication and a willingness to grow through guided and self-directed training are essential.

Director of Care & Counseling

The ideal person for this role thrives in being attentive to the pastoral needs of others, has an ability to discern needs and ways of addressing them, and can sustain logistics to connect people and execute ministry effectively. The primary responsibilities include providing “triage” for counseling needs in our church family, organizing and leading our lay counseling team (currently around 20 people), and giving oversight to the benevolence fund and other ministries.
