Office Manager / Executive Pastoral Assistant
This position includes two distinct roles, Office Manager and Executive Pastoral Assistant. The Office Manager fosters an environment of hospitality and oversees daily administrative tasks in the office for both staff and guests. The Executive Pastoral Assistant assists the Executive Pastor in fulfilling many different administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Pastor.
This Community, Formation, and Missions position provides support for and speaks into the various areas of our team’s oversight: Connections, Membership, Community, Formation, and Missions. This includes facilitating communication for and coordinating logistics for our team’s initiatives and events.
