The Every-Season Missionary: Women's Formation Night

It’s hard to deny that we have a unique blend of demands on our time and our lives. These are real and require real attention. But there is one command that we want to elevate above the rest, the one from Jesus Himself: the call to make disciples.

Life in Denver often compels us with its beauty and attractions, and our culture encourages us towards busyness and living without margin. It’s easy to get distracted from our fundamental mission. So let’s take time to remember God has placed us where we are with purpose. He invites us to embrace our season and the spaces we’re in, living dependent on His Spirit, actively engaging the beautiful call to portray the kingdom and proclaim the King.

Joins us on Monday, May 8th at 6:30 pm for fellowship with the women of our church and teaching from our guest speaker, Kori Hall, and an "Apps and Zerts" community meal! Bring your favorite heavy app or dessert to share.

Kori serves as the Lead Deacon and Director of City Engagement at Frontline Church Downtown in Oklahoma City. She has immense experience in church ministry, social work, and city engagement. Kori currently serves on the Board of Directors for City Care OKC and Restore OKC, working across industries and sectors to grow a culture in which everyone thrives. She is also a spoken word artist and public speaker (i.e. TEDxOKC) who integrates the creative arts and storytelling to advocate for local issues and bring about a better future.
