Kids’ Sunday Worship: April 19

Hey parents!

We pick back up in Genesis to finish our lessons on the life of Joseph. It’s clear to see God’s hand in Joseph’s life. In this final lesson, we not only see God’s provision for His people but for Joseph’s heart. God used Joseph to save His people and God worked in Joseph’s heart to be able to forgive his brothers. The Scripture today is found in Genesis 42–46 and Genesis 50. Our memory verse is found in Hosea 13:4b (older children are encouraged to learn the entire verse). This is the memory verse were working on before Holy Week. Below is everything you need to engage your child in this week’s lesson. For the activity video from Miss. Melanie, you will need paper plates (just plain paper works if you don’t have it), colored pencils, and a coin (real, plastic, or you can make one out of a piece of paper).
