What is Leader Equip?
Leader Equip is a community-based, practice-oriented training for Covenant Members of Park Church, designed to help us become more like Jesus and to guide others toward the same vision. Together, we’ll explore six overlapping aspects of how we understand people grow and are transformed over time in the way of Jesus.
Over seven weeks, we’ll gather to share a meal, engage Scripture and theology, discuss what we’re learning, and pursue tangible practices that help orient our lives toward a God-shaped life. We’ll also hear from trusted leaders in and around our community, including Kevin Butcher, Jen Oshman, and Brian Gray.
Why would you commit to joining?
You might consider joining Leader Equip if you feel eager to grow in your spiritual journey and/or if you sense you’re ready to be formed and equipped for the next season of how you steward your life and gifts.
We believe genuine transformation happens in relationship, through the Word of God, and as we learn to practically reorient our lives around Jesus. Leader Equip has been designed through that very lens—bringing together theology, community, and practice for lasting formation.

Seven Tuesdays: January 20, February 3, 10, & 24; March 10; April 7 & 21 • 6–9pm • Downstairs Event Space • $45/Adult (Covering Meals & Materials)
Childcare is not provided, but stipends are available for those for whom childcare would be a barrier to participation.

We deliberately move toward others in self-denying ways for the life of the world, imitating Jesus, our Suffering Servant.
