Kids’ Sunday Worship: May 23
Good Morning, Park Kids! We’re excited to learn and worship Jesus together today.
Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon made a tall statue of gold. The king told the people, “Any time you hear any music, you must bow down to this statue.” Three friends from Judah—Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego—loved God. They would not bow down to the king’s statue. The king was very angry! He said if they did not bow down to the statue, they would be thrown into a fire. The friends said, “Our God can save us from the fire. Even if He does not save us, we will not worship anyone but Him.”
The king of Babylon tied them up and threw them into the fire. But a fourth man—the Lord!—was in the fire with them. The men came out safely. The king worshiped God and said, “Only your God saves!”
