Easter Sunday
This Sunday, April 20 • 6:30, 8, 9:30, & 11am
Traducción Español at 11am • Live Stream at 9:30 & 11am
In response to the wonder of Jesus' resurrection and victory over death and the grave, Easter stands alone as the most joyful, boisterous day we observe each year.
Easter services are "Family Services," meaning that there will be no Park Kids classes; children will stay with their families to worship together (resources for kids are provided). We do this on church holidays to remind us that we are not merely a church of adults!

Celebrate the Day:
Block Party
7:30am–12:30pm • Patio & Street in Front of Building
Our Easter Block Party starts before the 8am service and runs until after the 11am service concludes. If you're new to Park Church or inviting someone to join us for the first time, we hope this will be a relaxed, joyful space to make some connections before or after service. We'll have free espresso drinks from Goodhart Coffee, and a Latin American/Mexican brunch food truck with food available for purchase.
Baptisms
Baptism commemorates our new life in Christ and entrance into His spiritual family. If you are a follower of Jesus and have not been baptized, please talk with us and consider being baptized on Easter Sunday! Click here to get started.
Choir
Every year on Easter Sunday, we invite as many as are interested to join us in the Easter Choir. Whether you’re vocally trained or simply love singing, please join us as we celebrate Jesus together! Learn more and sign up by Friday, April 11 at parkchurch.org/choir.
Good Friday
This Friday, April 18 • 5:30 & 7pm
Traducción Español & Live Stream at 7pm
We'll allow the Scriptures to take us to the scene of our Lord’s betrayal, arrest, trial, crucifixion and burial, setting us up for a deep celebration of Jesus’ resurrection on Easter Sunday.
Like Easter, Good Friday services are "Family Services," meaning that there will be no Park Kids classes; children will stay with their families to worship together (resources for kids are provided).

Parking on Easter Sunday
Before each service on Sunday, more than a hundred of our cars must find a spot in our neighborhood. This number more than doubles on Easter Sunday! While we take immense joy in gathering with friends and family, we want to be good neighbors while celebrating, so here are a few important logistics (click the map image on this page for a downloadable, visual guide to parking on Easter Sunday:
Block Party Street Closure
37th Ave. will be closed to cars from Grove St. to Federal Blvd. due to our Easter Block Party (read about that above!).
Accessibility & First-Time Guest Parking
The small lot across from the church building is reserved on Easter Sunday for those with accessibility needs and first-time visitors. Additionally, on Easter Sunday, this will become a one-way parking lot:
Entrance: From the alley on the south end of the lot (accessed easily from 35th/36th Ave)
Exit Left turn only onto 37th Ave
General Parking
Use the parking lot across the street at the Masonic Building for general parking. If this lot is full, please park on nearby streets—preferably east of Federal. Be respectful of our neighbors' driveways and sidewalks.
Family Drop-Off
If you need to drop off kids or family before parking, use Clyde Street (one block north of the church) for easy access.
Thank you for helping us consider our neighbors and for celebrating with us!
Easter Volunteering
Easter means a lot of celebration at Park Church! It also means a lot of new people, a lot of details, and a lot of unique volunteering needs. Some of these things include welcoming, set-up, and tear-down at both the services and our celebration (learn more about that above!).
